We harvest every Saturday morning and deliver on Saturday and Sunday between 11 AM and 9 PM. All orders are cut fresh the same morning they are delivered — never stored from the previous week.

Yes — delivery is completely free on orders over $20. Orders under $20 have a $10 flat delivery fee. Free delivery applies to all cities in our service area.

You can order directly on this website. Add your chosen microgreens to cart, complete checkout, and we will deliver on the upcoming Saturday or Sunday. You can also subscribe for automatic weekly delivery and save 15%.

Orders placed before Thursday midnight are confirmed for that weekend's delivery. Orders placed after Thursday midnight will be queued for the following weekend's harvest and delivery.

When you subscribe to weekly delivery, your chosen microgreens are automatically ordered every week and delivered each Saturday or Sunday. You save 15% on every order compared to one-time prices.

Yes — you can pause, skip a week, change your varieties, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. There are no commitments, no contracts, and no cancellation fees.

Absolutely. You can subscribe to as many varieties as you like — each is added separately and you save 15% on all of them.

All of our microgreens are grown in our climate-controlled indoor farm in Oshawa, Ontario. We use premium Pro-Mix HP soil, organic nutrients, and absolutely zero pesticides, herbicides, or GMO seeds — year-round.

Extremely fresh. Every box is harvested the Saturday morning of delivery and is at your door the same day — typically within 4 to 8 hours of being cut. Far fresher than grocery store greens which are often days old.

Properly stored in your refrigerator in the original container, most varieties last 7 to 10 days. Sunflower holds up longest. Pea shoots and arugula are best enjoyed within 5 to 7 days. Always refrigerate promptly upon delivery.

We grow using 100% organic nutrients and zero pesticides or herbicides. We are not certified organic (certification is expensive for small farms), but our growing practices are fully organic — no chemicals ever touch our crops.

Yes, and the research backs it up. Microgreens can contain 4 to 6 times higher concentrations of vitamins A, C, E, and K compared to their mature counterparts. Broccoli microgreens have been shown in peer-reviewed studies to contain up to 100 times more sulforaphane than mature broccoli.

Broccoli is best for daily health — rich in sulforaphane. Sunflower is filling and family-friendly. Radish is highest in Vitamin C. Amaranth provides plant protein and iron. Pea shoots are the sweetest and most kid-friendly. Arugula adds bold peppery flavour.

Yes, absolutely. Sweet pea shoots and sunflower microgreens are the most kid-friendly due to their mild, slightly sweet taste. All our microgreens are grown without any pesticides or chemicals.
